How do I place a nonrefundable deposit?

-Deposits are only accepted once your questionnaire has been approved and you have been notified to send a deposit. Holding deposits are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

-We accept nonrefundable deposits through PayPal by us sending you a PayPal invoice. You do not have to have an account to pay with a credit/debit card. Email us to send a direct invoice to you, please do not just send a payment without an invoice. Please note that there is an additional 4% Fee for all Paypal transactions.

-You can also email us and let us know you are sending a check (must clear before any action is taken) or a money order for your nonrefundable deposit. When sending a check or money order, make sure to enclose your name, phone number, and which pup/litter you are reserving.

-All monies paid including the deposit are nonrefundable and all sales are final.

What does placing a nonrefundable deposit mean?

-Placing a nonrefundable deposit means you are guaranteed to get a puppy of your gender preference from the current/next available litter. We take deposits on an on-going basis for upcoming as well as current litters. Since most litters are spoken for before they are born, it's always a good idea to get your deposit in as soon as possible.

-Deposits are taken based on gender and you have the option of choosing the current/next available litter or a future litter that fits your time-frame. Please note, putting a deposit on a future litter does not guarantee a first place choice. We reserve the right to have first choice of any pup from any litter.

-We take deposits on our puppies to “hold” a puppy for you and at six weeks old new owners can select their puppies based on the order in which we received the deposits (first deposit on a female gets first choice on a female, etc). Selection takes place by a combination of photos on our website and we will also send a personality assessment of each puppy to every new owner to help you get a better idea of the puppy's disposition, size, color, and temperament along with any silly quirks we've noticed as they've grown! We also evaluate the puppies ourselves based on everyone's questionnaires and try to match puppies to new owners. It is up to you if you want us to share our opinion or if you want to pick your puppy on your own; either way is fine with us. We update our website bi-weekly (every other week) with photos and send out an email with new information weekly help in the decision process so by the time they are six weeks old you have a pretty good idea of the one or two puppies that are your favorites.

What happens next?
-At seven weeks of age final payment for the remaining balance is due. This gives time for your payment to process and clear before the puppy leaves our care. We will send a PayPal invoice at this time or you may let us know in advance that you will be sending a check through overnight mail.

-At seven weeks of age you will receive information regarding preparing for your puppy's arrival, what to buy beforehand, what food the puppy is currently eat, training tips, and a whole lot more.

-At nine weeks old puppies are ready to go to their new homes! Please make sure you've scheduled your appointment in advance, are prompt on arrival, and have all of the puppy's supplies readily available for a smooth trip home! When you pick up your puppy you will receive their medical records, signed contracts, information on joining the breed's parent club, and additional training information.
